Success on Neural Information Processing Systems

The most prestigious conference in the field of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, NeurIPS, has accepted 10 papers with our Faculty affiliation for the event! International Mathematical Competition

During the summer holidays, in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, International Mathematical Competition took place. Our MIM FORCE ONE team won two first-degree prizes and two second-degree prizes:
Adam Naskręcki - 80 points, First Prize (gold medal)
Korneliusz Obarski - 60 points, First Prize (gold medal)
Paweł Pielasa - 46 points, Second Prize (silver medal)
Szymon Szmigielski - 46 points, Second Prize (silver medal)

Huge congratulations to our students and their tutor, Dr. Rafał Martynek!

International Championship in Mathematical Games

Our students, staff, and alumni performed exceptionally well at the International Championship in Mathematical Games. In the following categories:

- L2 (students): Robert Soboński won 1st place, and Konrad Czarnecki took 2nd place;

- GP (adults not professionally involved in mathematics): Łukasz Kalinowski - 1st place;

- HC (professionals in mathematics): Łukasz Bożyk took first place.
