We would like to present a comparison of three CAR-T cell therapy approaches for glioblastoma multiforme using mathematical modeling. We extend existing models to investigate the complex dynamics of CAR-T cell therapy in glioblastoma, incorporating key biological mechanisms that influence treatment efficacy. We analyze treatment scenarios inspired by clinical trials targeting the IL13Rα2, HER2, and EGFRvIII antigens, comparing single-dose and cyclic dosing regimens based on the work of Migliorini et al. (2018). To assess treatment effectiveness, we employ numerical simulations and sensitivity analysis, exploring how various factors influence therapeutic outcomes.

Moreover, we aim to present a model describing Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) and its reverse process, Mesenchymal-to-Epithelial Transition (MET), which are fundamental biological phenomena significantly influencing cancer progression. These transitions impact cancer cell invasiveness and metastatic potential. Therefore, gaining a deeper understanding of these processes is of great interest from an oncological perspective.
