Helping with organizing a programming competition means
creating problems, writing original solutions, creating tests,
verifying the author's solution (usually done by someone else than author),
answering the contestants' questions during the competition,
providing articles and lectures about solving the problems,
and other general organization. Below I only mention problems which I created.
