Estimates of random vectors and processes
Research project of the National Science Center
2015/18/A/ST1/00553, run in the years 2016-2023
Short description of the project
The aim of the project is to establish new bounds for various high-dimensional
random objects. In particular, we want to investigate estimates for suprema of
stochastic processes, norms of random matrices, concentration and deviation bounds
for log-concave random vectors, regularity properties of the heat semigroup on the
discrete cube, tail and moment bounds for multilinear forms (both scalar and vector
valued). We hope also to develop new research methods that might be applicable in
a much broader context.
