LTF-Cimulator

LTF-Cimulator is a simulator of LTF-C (Local Transfer Function Classifier) neural network, which can be used for solving classification problems.

You can download LTF-Cimulator 1.0 and use it freely for non-commercial purposes. It runs on MS Windows 95 or later.
