The most famous treasure of the Lublin Castle are the frescs in the chapel of Holy Trinity. Ordered by King Jagiełło, Byzantine-Ruthenian frescs were discovered in the late XIX century are of magnificent character. Looking at them you feel as if you can travel in time and space. I am curious what would the master who painted them think (and we know about him only that his name was Andrew), if he would see a small throng of people entering the chapel at fixed hours and staring upwards, and magically transfering his work onto small objects in their hands, which they call cameras or phones.
