How to get a PhD in 1451 days In this talk, I will (attempt) to give a broad overview of my PhD in chronological order and what it is really like to do a PhD. I want to share my account of what it is like to "conduct research" and briefly introduce my superb co-authors. I will define the models of computation that I have thought about for many years now, state the main results in each of my papers, and present select ideas that we are most proud of. At the same time, I will lay out a timeline of when and how this all came to be. PhD Graduation Talk University of Warwick, UK Henry Sinclair-Banks, 23/01/25
