The Geometric Group Theory group in Warsaw consists of faculty from IMPAN and University of Warsaw. Our research interests include geometric and analytic methods in group theory, geometric and algebraic topology, low dimensional topology and large-scale geometry. We are also interested in connections of geometric group theory with non-commutative geometry, operator algebras, harmonic analysis and dynamical systems.
Starting February 2012 we will be organizing a weekly research seminar at IMPAN. Please subscribe to the seminar’s RSS feed to receive updates.
