Important News!

Please do remember to indicate the chosen method of payment (bank
transfer or credit card). In case of a credit card payment please fill
the relevant part of the registration form and sign it.
After receiving your registration form the organizers will contact you
by e-mail and let you know whether you have been accepted for
the School. The number of participants will limited and the acceptance
to the School depends on the order of their registration.
Depending on the method of payment:
- If the payment is by credit card, the acceptance e-mail implies
that you have succesfully completed the registration (the card will be
charged upon sending the acceptance e-mail).
- If the chosen method of payment was bank transfer, you
should promptly make the transfer. Please, do remember to identify
yourself and include the name of the School (ISSCB2003). The time
period between being accepted to the School and the actual payment was
received should not be longer than 3 weeks, i.e. for 3 weeks we will
hold your reservation. After this period we cannot
guarantee (depending on the number of participants) a place at the
School. We will acknowledge by e-mail the receipt of your payment.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of the congress registration must be
made in writing to organizers of ISSCB03. The payment may be cancelled
before June 30, 2003.
The full amount will be returned minus handling charges of 200
PLN. In the event of cancellation after June 30, 2003 50\% of the
amount shall be refunded. Fees can no longer be refunded after July
31, 2003.
